    Hi

Since recent update i had issue with my z10. last evening I was watching some youtube videos and suddenly my z10 could't connect to the wifi. And the wifi can't turn off from the phone setting. So, i restarted it. Since then, my z10 was unable to start. it will load till somewhere around 90% to 98%(very slowly took 1hr or above). i have tried removing the battery and sim card and restarted after 2 min. Even so, it won't load.

    Please help.
    Thanks.

Try connecting it to link and restoring it or just load an autoloader. Now i hope you have a recent back up somewhere so you won't lose everything.

Yeah, i was thinking about that. But my concern is if installing leaked OS wouldn't help would that void my warranty?

I'm having the same problem. Lost network reception yesterday, so i decided to restart - by pressing down the power button for a few seconds then selecting restart. That was it. My Z10 has been on the bb logo and progress wheel around. Stayed that way for 8 hours. So i decided to press the restart button again for a few seconds. The same cycle over and over again. Even waited for 15 hours, still no luck. Have tried taken off the battery for up to 45 mins. Yet, no luck. This is really frustrating. Any ideas?

You may have to try reloading the software using BBLink. You would lose your data, so hopefully you have a backup.

    F2, thanks for your reply.
I'm so desperate that I don't mind loosing the data. But BB link does not seem to identify my phone. I plug my phone to my mac book, start up the bb link application, which shows my Z10 but says not connected. Any further/other suggestions.

Oh, wow, I'm not a mac person. Because if Link does not recognize the phone, most suggest using one of the Autoloaders but those are Windows programs.

Hmmm. I'm not sure if Sachesi comes in a mac flavor. See the OS Leak forum and the Sachesi sticky. If it works it can be NON-destructive and could retain your data.

Or, post a new thread explaining your problem but mentioning MAC in the subject line which will focus the issue. Good luck

My problem is fixed now. I am using 10.3 now. I use autoloader steps and it helps.

But apps such as media player, mp3 player, file version etc are missing. I am not sure if I have downloaded the right 10.3 os.

You can download the os from the link below.

You did jot download the right OS. You should search the leaked sub-forum to find the 'hybrid' 10.3. You're now running the Sdk witch doesn't have all the working apps.

    Hi again!

I was doing some research on BlackBerry 10.3.
Thought you can help me with few questions.
Are there any difference between 0S 10.3 beta the one I downloaded and 10.3.0.296/441 hybrid?

Biggest difference is that the first one you've downloaded is meant only to be installed on devs phones so the can test the new stuff blackberry has to offer. That's why some basic apps won't work, because it's not meant to be a daily driver but only a guinea pig for development.

The hybrid that you're now running is 'outdated', as in its a really early build of 10.3 so there's still some issues but the OS can still be run as a daily driver if you're able to understand that some stuff don't work properly yet.

I am not sure of the hybrid. Once you have installed the 10.3 you can download back to 10.2.1 using BlackBerry link.

No, you can load an old 10.2 OS autoloader , in fact if you go back a bit you can find an OS older than your current provider is using, once the device restores the device will search for any updates and will dl your current providers OS. Then you should be able to restore any back up you may have from link.

This will essentially make your device back to factory, hence your concern of voiding your warranty in an earlier post.

    Who is your service provider?
