What software? OS? Maybe you can describe first step by step of what you've done to your z10, until you get the problem.

That doesn't help much. We need you to post in detail what you have, what your looking for and why you need it in case there is a better way.

    From your device type "myver".

We can help you but we don't know what your looking for, how tech savvy you are, etc.

If you just want a 10.1 autoloader - there are plenty. But then we need to know your phone model etc.

If you want to downgrade, it depends on how tech savvy you are. You can downgrade. Or you can security wipe to get to old OS. But you shouldn't go backwards (security patches etc)

    Ok,

That helps. The developer OS is intended for developers only. It's to be used on non-functional phones for testing software only.

There are only two solutions for you I can think of.

    Backup. Security wipe. Reload settings.

Note: Dev OS will keep trying to push to your device as an update. But this puts you to 10.0. Do not let it install updates. You may need to kill wifi when it starts trying to update.

Option two, backup. Install one of the 10.1 autoloaders. Reload settings.

This provides a newer release. And will prevent the software from pushing you ti a developer release.

There are a bunch of versions, so read the notes in the version forums. Make sure the version of device you use matches the release.

    Cheers.

You could simply reset your phone, that would bring back factory settings
I haven't tried it but go to Settings -> BlackBerry Protect -> restore
