Total shot in the dark but go HERE
1) From the drop down select: BlackBerry USB and Modem Drivers
2) Click: Next
3) Choose appropriate language (English is the 4th one)
4) Install package, restart machine and try connecting again.
Oh, if you have any pre BB OS10 software on your computer you MAY need to uninstall them. MAY being the operative word.
did you face an error while running 10.1 or is it something new? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling blackberry link
