    i cannot restore my backup on my z10 using blackberry link
    my phone restarts when the restore is at 0% and BB Link says device detached.. restore was cancelled.i have latest versions of BB Link and BB OS.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Your not panicking to quick and unplugging to quick are you, when you do a restore your device detaches until the phone reboots,

    No I am not.. I waited for a good 15-20 minutes just to make sure... BlackBerry Link says Restore was cancelled as soon as the phone reboots itself.
