I'm not quite sure about using a Mac, but once you download the actual file, you simply need to unzip the file ( it should have been downloaded as a zip). Once the file is unzipped, connect your phone to your Mac and double click to run the file. The unzipped file is an 'autoloader' and will do everything for you.
My best suggestion would be to search how to do it on YouTube and watch the video. It's a very very easy process... at least on a PC

I don't think it matters whether you use Mac or PC with regards to the actual file you download. I believe the file is the same regardless.
The only difference is how to unzip the file once it's downloaded. I'm sure Mac has their own tool to unzip compressed files. If not, try loading winzip onto your mac to unzip.
Once it's unzipped, just run the file.

Also, make sure BlackBerry Link is not running on your Mac once you connect your Z10 to run the autoloader. Close down Link before you run the autoloader.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful

Automatically loads the update, without you doing it manually.

You need Bootcamp or possibly Parralels with a copy of Windows to run the OS autoloaders. Exe format is a Windows executable.
