How can we push Blackberry to either develop an app or get a developer to develop an app that will read emails and SMS messages outloud when the arrive at the phone like Vlingo and Drivecarefully did for the Storm 2 etc.? Any suggestions? The developer for Sayit said he wants to but Blackberry is preventing him from doing it?

I really miss having Vlingo when I'm driving or just don't want to pick the phone up to read what comes through.

You certainly aren't alone in wanting this app. I don't know if it's on Blackberry's road map as a native feature, but one popular app that comes to mind is drivesafe.ly which develops this type of app cross platform.. they have stated that they intend to develop for BB10, but have given no ETA, I suggest going over to their website and using a contact link to let them know you are waiting! The more requests they get, the more likely they are to get on it..

Thanks. I did contact that developer and they responded back that they are currently testing it and may have an update in the next few weeks. That's good news.

Dev's don't know we want it unless we keep telling them we do!
