Clear the app cache in App Manager -> Device Monitor -> Memory -> Google Play -> clear data

Yup the view is correct, but the option is not there. Are you on OS 10.2?

And btw you should update your Play Store. You are using an outdated version.

Ohhhh I see so how would I update the play store where is there a link to get the new one or should I just use snap because I have that on my phone too.
