    Mine old 9860 on OS 7 .pictures transfer to android or iPhone devices . the pictures is cannot be opened. The picture is BlackBerry rem format. Z10/STL 2. BlackBerry 10 has no picture rem protected.
    Please advise. Thank you

    Is the "rem" merely added to the end of the name as another extension or ware they really coded or encrypted? Try renaming them.
