I've added pictures to my contacts and lately I will pick up my phone and the photo will be gone. I've tried to add them again from my Z10 but no luck. I'm using MS Office 365. Should I add / manage the pictures from there? Thanks.

Are the pictures you use still at the same spot on your device and/or media card? It works just like a shortcut on your desktop. Once you move the original file or delete it, the shortcut stops working. You should check if those pictures are still in the same place as when you added them to your contacts.

Another problem in the Contacts App is with the social media connections. These connections screw with the pictures as well (among other things). This is a known problem, search the forums to see if this applies to you.

I use MS Office 365 and I went back into my contacts there and updated the photos and it seems to have populated the photos to my Z10. Weird but true. Thanks for the help.

This is correct, but more than often it will reset the picture on its own. It still needs a lot more work for it to properly behave in my opinion. I have just given up on the pictures thing. I might give it another chance on 10.2.1 though. I'm curious if I'm gonna like the new call screen.
