    Every time I set a picture as a wallpaper it seems that sets in a zoomed in crop.

    Any idea how to fix this?!

    Try 1024x1024. Mine works just fine with that resolution.

    Try downloading a wallpaper app and setting one of them as your wallpaper and see if it crops.

    Ideally, a wallpaper for the Z10 should be at least 1280X768 or more since that is the Z10's resolution.

    Anything lower, you will get a stretching effect(zooming to you)

    Ideally, there should be a setting for wallpapers. This will do for now.

    True, I just go for boxed wallpapers so I can use the same on both my PlayBook and Z10. There is still some legacy code from the PlayBook on the Z10, and that causes images with odd resolutions to crop in strange ways.

    Well this happens in every single device out there, it's not a BB10 specific issue...
    The same image is un cropped on my iphone 4.

    The iphone 4's screen resolution is 1136X640 while the Z10's is 1280X768.

    So if a wallpaper is good for the Z10, it will be good for the iPhone 4 since the iPhone 4 has a lower resolution then the Z10.

    But if a wallpaper was made for the iPhone's 1136X640 resolution, it won't look the same on the Z10's higher resolution of 1280X768.

    It's not about Z10 OS settings vs iPhone OS settings, its just 1280X768 vs 1136X640 resolution.

    Taking a screen shot of the original solves the problem, well at least for my image.

    If that happens to me, I open the pic through media, take a screen shot, then use that one

    That's what I ended up doing after all. Hopefully a next os update fixes this.

    I am having this annoying issue too. I think it is a bug because all my pictures ended up getting zoomed in. This needs to be fixed.
