I went to Ottawa over reading week and checked out the Winterlude festival downtown. I took a bunch of pictures to try out the camera, and planned on making a video using story maker. But when I try to open the pictures, either of 2 things happens: it flashes a very pixelated picture then just shows a blank screen, or just shows the blank screen.

I've tried moving them to another folder (this caused another problem, when I changed them back they were not being seen anymore, before I could open them and get a blank screen, but then couldn't even see them), tried downloading them from Box on my computer (auto-synced) then save to device, and tried copying them from Box using file manager. Nothing works, even after the new update.

This is very disappointing for me, I've got tons of very nice pictures but I can't look at them unless I go online to box.com.. Pictures I've taken recently work, even a day or 2 after I visited Winterlude work, just not the ones from that one day.

Please help!

*Edit - Actually some I downloaded on my SD card don't work either. Is it my SD card?

Honestly, the best thing to do is
Save all your media on a pc,
Then format the sd card with your z10
Then put the media back on your phone in the folders the phone created

Media cards get errors over time
