    Ok guys, really weird. Some thumbnails are black and you can't preview the pic. But when you click on the black thumbnail the picture is fine.. here are some thumbs. I even have a folder that says pictures with 6 pics but when I go into it there are no pictures there... some pics are on media card and some on phone. so it's not a media card issue.

    I had the same thing happening, but after my up date to 10.1 it's fine

    Actually, it may be a media card thing... if your phone has a media card it doesn't like for some reason, the picture preview acts up in exactly this manner. there are many threads on this already, so you may want to search a bit.

    I did search, but as my post states, it's not just the media card. Even removing the card, the phone pictures do the same thing. My wife's white Z10 without media card has same issue. So its not media card related.

    Try rotating the pic and save. It works for me.

    Had the same issue. Just happened all of a sudden on 10.1. The tip above to edit and save photo works. Luckily not too many were black.

    My phone keeps doing this with my thumbnails. About one thumbnail each day gets black and I have to edit it to get it back. Anyone else got this issue re-occurring?
