    I bought PicShop right after I bought my Z10. It's my first BlackBerry, FANTASTIC! However, PicShop will not let me access any of my photos. I just get this WHOOPS comment and please try again. Does anyone have a suggestion?

    Delete it, reboot. Download and install it again, be mindful of when it asks for permissions that you allow them. Specifically access to your shared files which is ultimately your pictures.

    Where are your photos located? Internal or sd card?

    If you denied it access to your files then it can't get your pictures.
