    I think there's no way to do that with official Dropbox app, it's only possible with Box app. I've read somewhere that sideloading Android's version of Dropbox would work to automatically upload your photos.

    It's an option within the box app. Download the 'box' app if it isn't already on the phone. Setup your user account and once you load it will give you the option.
