Lots of questions around quality of camera.. so I thought I would start some tests to compare between my current iPhone 5 and the Z10. First one shows huge variation in the light conditions.. interested to know which you feel is best.

You gave him 2 minutes to get up the rest? You should ask for a refund of what you paid him if you are unhappy with the service.

Are the settings the same on each device? That will have a massive effect.

LOL, I better get some new fingers ... also found that from the Facebook app on Z10 that I dont seem to be able to upload photos into a specific album.. its mobile uploads or wall or nothing that I can see

Default settings on both, I've fiddled with nothing as I guess thats the best way to do an out of the box test.. I can look at settings if you want me to, but for now I wanted a like for like as is

Considerable size difference as well, the iPhone files are 3 x the size.. and clearly the image capture area is lower on the Z10 from default

Hmm, is it just me or the those reviewers are quite right about the Z10 bad at Low Light Conditions. Well, I'd just need a fast shooter and a decent flash anyways.

Then again, why the **** would you NOT use flash on low light -_-.

Damn you are sarcastic. Not sure what happened to bend your attitude that way. 2 minutes to get the photos up? I assumed they would have been included in the OP, thought he might have forgotten the rest

Nah, I decided on the moment while sitting here to give it a go, so I took the first set, posted them and then did the flash.. ok so I could have been smart and done all together.. but its Sunday.. early and I don't function so well and my smart thinking options are disabled on Sundays

On these pictures at least, and this clearly isn't a scientific test.. I prefer both the iPhone pictures.. the detail in the flash on the iPhone shows the bear colours and texture better and more true

Looks like you have your camera set at 16:9 instead of 4:3 which i believe results in only 6mp photos.

Next set are interesting, I took a picture of another Z10 on, which clearly impacts the flash.. and the Z10 seems to handle that better.. posting next

Also don't forget the Z10 camera has camera modes, auto, action, whiteboard, night and beach or snow modes.

Z10 photos look better to me, I wonder how many reviewers had it in 16:9 format when testing against other phones.

I like the left better on this one.

What would be good is if you were to post the pictures without identifying which is which. That way it's truly a blind experiment.

Do you happen to have a resolution target you can take a picture of with both? (If you have a printer you can google for it - look for on that is a set of radial lines)
