    And I m plugging charge and always red blink, open but it is not charged :'( always keep battery shows %3 what should I do?
    For an example when I was using 10.2 I had been switching off and charging well, but know when I switched off phone and plug charger after 1 hours nothing happens :'(

    Do you plug in the charger after its turned off, or turn it off with the charger plugged in?

    Since you are posting into the forum using CB10, type

    myver (then press the spacebar)

    It will show us your OS and phone model. Stl-1 can sometimes miscalibrate the battery.
