    I found that office 365 was experiencing issues at that time. Turned off push until resolved. All is well now.

    My wife's KeyOne has started to do this after the Oreo update. There is a notifier about background power saver being on. Would this shut things down so that messages would not come in?

    You are in the wrong forum, you need to post this in the KeyOne forum as it runs Android and not BB10.
