My z10 turns off when the battery level is 20%, when I updated the phone it
    was not like this!

Anyone else going through this problem?

This just started happening to me. I just sideloaded some stuff using debugtoken so I'm thinking it may have something to do with that

I'm on 10.1.2354 and have the same issue.

Really don't know if it's a software bug or what.

The only thing I can tell you is that I have 3 spare batteries for my Z10 and I hope this get fixed soon.

@ali please check if you can test this with another battery. I am having same problem but none of the forums can really help us. This seems to be BlackBerry issue - hardware mostly which can be verified with another battery or software which can never be verified unless BlackBerry acknowledges it and releases the fix which I don't forsee happen in near future.

Well. This seems to be something related with software. When I was on 10.0.270 this never happened as soon as I go to 10.1.2354 (leaked) this starts happening.

Just crossing fingers to get this fix with the following update although it's not happening to me as before because I have 3 spare batteries and I swap them over every now and then.

I solved this problem rather right away actually. Let the battery drain all the way until it dies and then change to full 100% without any interruptions. This did the trick for me
