My Z10 suddenly started shutting down when my battery was around 30%.. the only way it would come on is when I charged it...next day the phone shutdown at 48%...don't know what to do..

Tried removing the battery for an few hours, put it back..bayyery drained quite a bit, charged it, but still the issue persists...

    Any suggestions???

    try this method

1.) Run Battery until it shuts down.
    2.) Take out battery
3.) Leave Battery out for about an hour.
4.) Fit Battery and power cable with charge head without plugging it in.
5.) Hold power button on phone for couple of minutes.
6.) Plug Into power outlet and let phone switch on. Once on Check battery %.
    7.)remove once full.

Pull the battery out and from that moment onwards try using the official recharger only. To me it worked

Insert the dead battery and the power cable into the BlackBerry. Make sure the power cable is NOT plugged into power source. Seems pretty clear to me.
