Callers cannot hear me unless I'm on blue tooth or speaker. I can hear them. Solution? Have had my Z10 for 18 months.

That's not a good thing at all, it may be a hardware issue and if that's the case you have a big problem

Sadly, it may be unrepairable. I've had a spare Q10 in and out of the repair shop for the last 3 months trying to fix this issue. Replaced mic, replaced replacement mic, swapped in a known working mic from another Q10 and nothing. Apparently it may be an issue with the board itself. If that's the case, good luck. Either use it as with Bluetooth or a wired headset. Or keep it for parts.

I had similar issue on my z10...

BlackBerry came to party and repaired...

Telco wouldn't repair under warranty coz I had 10.2 on ph rather than their straight 10
