Heck ya! One full month with this device and I have to say in my opinion it's the best phone out there.

Just keeps getting better !!

I have used everything and was worried that this phone wouldn't be able to do most of the stuff my galaxy 3 did. But it does everything asides from not having apps it's an amazing device. I use it extensively and not once has it failed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!! I'm sure the q10 is amazing too.

I think it's an amazing phone. I've had great success with my Z10, too bad some others are experiencing issues with their phones.
But the more I play with my BlackBerry, the more I enjoy all that the Z10 has to offer.

I'm still running the OS that came on my phone 10.0.9.422 and I too believe that this phone rocks. Can it get better? I don't see how. But I trust those who have 10.1 that someday I will have an even better phone. There's nothing I can't do with this phone and it's the envy of everyone who sees it!

I made a post on this a while back, I suggested that the screws might be loose and if tightened they might correct the reseting problem. Glad it worked for you, great observation too!

Also try a different brand SIM card and sd card, my brothers z10 (telus) was rebooting till he changed those, he can't confirm which is was because it changed Em at the same time.

Had my phone (STL100-4) for 40 days. One replacement for resetting issue within the 14 day period, No resets since then. Loaded all the leaked updates, sideloaded a few apps and its working like a charm. Missing some of the old BB features but have to agree with you..gets better everyday.

I can't believe how much I love it too. And now that I have successfully side loaded Instagram, Pinterist, and Flip board, I couldn't be happier. Long live BlackBerry!

How could I describe this update? Hmmm ok let's begin

It's like sending my Z10 to Jenny Craig... most of the curves (bugs) got smoothed out, the virtual trackpad bubble is greatly improved, the keyboard, the phone dial pad etc etc and the list just goes on

So basically the Z10 has muscled out most of the problems addressed prior to the update!

I concur ,17 days with mine and I love it . I had one reboot the first day I got it ,formatted sd card and have not had one since .Love this phone!
My only complaint is very short battery life ,that seems to have been fixed VIA a battery saver app. It has more than doubled the life .

i LOVE my Z10 so much
unfortunately im a heavy app user (Especially those that arent on BB10 haha like insta and others) i donno if i can handle living without those apps for a long time !
