My Z10 keeps switching itself off. It gets hot. Goes from 30% to 0% battery in a few seconds sometimes. It has suddenly started showing the incorrect time. Also this keeps coming up on the screen:



When I click for more info there is,a load of stuff about Google. As below:



The phone is now also sluggish and laggy.

this all started today. Had the phone more than a year. Last OS update was about a week ago. Last app update was Bebuzz Pro which I have running headless. I've been playing a lot of the Android game Clash of Clans (via snap)

Anyone know what's going on? What shall I do.

Have you tried deleting that account and adding it again, rebooting, restoring?

Set your time and time zone properly (might want to disable the "automatically update time zone" option) then. W5: the phone powered on, charge it to 100% then (without unplugging it) reboot. Continue to let the device charge til it reaches 100 again.

This should solve both of your problems. The phone should no longer power off early and the time shouldn't reset itself.
