I have converted the Kik messenger app into a bar, and then added it to my Z10 via a sideloader add on on chrome. Unfortunately I think that the app doesn't have the proper permissions to access the network or wifi.

I have only checked the permissions via the security section of the options and it doesn't appear in the list to begin with. What should I do?

If you are using a stock android runtime, you may have to convert it using the debig token method.

Many apps that do not work at first, will work using the debug token method, but it's still not a guarantee. Some android apps will never work on Blackberry 10.
