    They can't even unlock it so how will they experience the goodness of it. The first time I went to a store people one by one checks the device but leaves because they can't even unlock it. I ended up showing them how to use it and I instantly became BlackBerry rep lol!

    But then why not put a simple poster on the device stand just showing simple instructions about how to
    - Unlock the device
    - display active frame
    - Access the hub
    - Peek

    People ends up disappointed and getting the impression that it is not a user friendly device when in fact it is the most user friendly now in the market.
