In the browser, haven't found any PDF that will actually download ... don't have a handy link ATM.

It just can't start downloading or can't open the link for downloading? Because I've never met anyone who has this issue.

I just updated the 10.2.0.1767 and the problem has gone away.

On 1323 I would click on a link and the progress bar would start but then disappear and there was never anything in my downloads... nor did it automatically go to downloads screen.

On 1767 I got a popup cannot connect to PC with link. That may have been my issue in the past leak as well but I never got the popup so it wasn't obvious. Now I disabled link (didn't know I'd turned it on) and downloads are working properly again. Issue probably wasn't pdf specific... just don't download much I guess.

In running 1323 and don't seem to have any problems now. I do seem to recall after installing that I had some issues with pdf's but I downloaded around 6 files in the past week from varying sites with no issue.

Do the downloads appear in the "downloads" menu in the browser?

Nope they didn't show up in downloads. As mentioned I think the issue was that I had turned on BlackBerry Link but the popup warning regarding PC being unavailable wasn't working.
