Had mine for over two months. No issue with paint peeling at all. Did you drop it at all? If possible put up a picture of it too please.

Possibly may be just a rogue phone that didn't get treated correctly for the black paint coating perhaps. If so see if you can get a replacement from your carrier.

Carrier doesn't cover any cosmetic issues. I have to contact blackberry, which is impossible cause they have no numbers or emails on the site.

You can also do things like e-mail [email protected] (almost always goes somewhere), and you could call the enterprise line and ask to be redirected too.

    Lots of options.

I can't believe it is even painted. Isn't it made out of molded black/white/red plastic?

All phones have defects. I don't understand why some people here take that fact so personally.

Idc if I'm being ridiculous, I've owned tons of phones and never had paint peel off them. This is just weird.

Hope you get some help from BlackBerry to get this sorted out. Clearly if the phone has not been damaged in anyway then it is a manufacturing issue. Hopefully just affecting a small number of units only. BlackBerry should short this out as a good will gesture here.

guess this proves that its not made of plastic lol

Sorry about your luck and hopefully you can get a replacement because that will continue to chip off otherwise
