    One week into use of BBz10 and the only thing I'm chasing is syncing the user-defined fields in Outlook Contacts to Blackberry z10 Contacts. Common fields are no problem, but User-defined 1, User-defined 2, etcetera do not come across. Ideas?

    I'm with you on this, have lots of users with PIN data in User-Defined 1 and can't figure out, if possible, to get that mapped to BlackBerry PIN on the devices. I did reach out to support and the answer recieved was this:

    Because we use active sync now as the sync protocol, we are not able to tailor field mapping from the DTM or BES.

    Now that's a bit disappointing but if that is the design of the Activesync protocol, could this be a configurable item on the device if not from BES10?
