    reset the sync options. clear them then set them again. see if that works.

    already done. Who knows anything about this error and where the files are ? The xml is not on my comp

    Not sure why you are having this problem. I was running Office 2010 Pro with SP2 without a problem. I recently updated to 365 which also works like a charm.

    Try un installing BlackBerry Link and reinstall it. Make sure it is the latest version.
