Hello, just noticed that setting my oof on my work account (bes10 balance) did not work. To get it working I had to set it in OWA...

Did you ever get this working? On my Z10 the "Out of office" is greyed out saying "Not available"

How do I get around this? Any ideas?

I have already enabled it from the Z10 and it is working fine for me. Using BES10 and Zimbra mail server, with EAS.

Likely your exchange server is out of date... not supported on exchange 2003 for example.

Well I set the oof in owa as i was Going on holidays. Will Check It again. It is exchange 2010, Bds 6.2 all fully patched.

That makes no sense at all - I'm on EAS on 2010, and it works just fine with my enterprise acct. I'm not on the BES, but was and it worked then as well. There's no policy on BES for that either; it should just work. We have other BES users on Z10's and it works for them.

Try this - delete your BES acct on the phone and just go straight EAS to see if that works, albeit I can't see why it would make any difference.

OOF isn't supported by all mail providers, like Gmail for example, on IMAP. It is for Hotmail and Exchange - which e-mail account are you referring to?

Just tested this today and it worked flawlessly. Issue may have been fixed with latest update. I am on stl100-3 and 10.10.10.85.

Mailbox is exchange 2010 patched connected via Bes10 with balance : bds 6.2
