    Hi all...

    Please assist me with the settings to make sure that whenever I connect my phone on my laptop it doesn't only run a backup on the phone but the media as well.

    It was much easier when I was using the OS7 phone because after a backup the desktop software would automatically backup all my media and once done the first time it'll then just update any changes made in those folders (especially the photos and videos).

    Please assist me in setting this up with my Z10 as well.

    After you make a complete backup of your phone, you need to switch to media sync and have it sync music and video files.
