Did you download the Z10 autoloader or a Dev device one?

(Note: if you downloaded direct from Blackberry, it's very likely a Dev device one and will not work on your Z10.)

You're trying to go back from 10.3.3 to 10.3.2 (or earlier), or from 10.3.2 to anything prior.

You can't.

BTW, all Z10s are STL100. It's the number after the dash that is the differentiator.

We need to know the rest of the model number. After the STL100, there is a dash and a 1, 2, 3 or 4. That's the variant, and there's 4 of them.

Run the autoloader again.

By touch not working do you mean you can't complete the setup?

If you're on 10.3.3.x, you can't load 10.3.2.x or earlier. If you're on 10.3.2.x, you can't load 10.3.1.x or earlier. You're either on 10.3.3.x or 10.3.2.x.

The file I linked is 10.3.2.2813; if you're on 10.3.3 it won't work.

Then install the 10.3.2.2813 version or jump up to 10.3.3....

While not impossible that you were on 10.3.1.997 or even older... odds are pretty low, and clearly it didn't like 10.3.1.997.

Which Z10 do you own? Check your settings.

If it's Z10STL100-1, then you have to install 10.3.2.

Any other Z10 model, and you have to install 10.3.3.
