    I think that's what's wrong. Since the last upgrade my phone stops alerts and doesn't clear read texts. I have to shut down and pull the battery, then it's good for 5 or 6 hours and starts doing it again.
    Any ideas what's causing this, or better yet, when is the next update?

    Hi!! Which upgrade did you run? Which OS do you have on your phone right now? If it's an official, maybe try a leaked one?

    Open the Settings menu, then About, then there is a drop-down menu, kind of upper right, select OS. Then provide both the OS version of Software Release versions. BB just confuses everyone by having two numbers for the same thing!

    Is anyone else having this problem? My texts won't work, facebook stopped in the hub. Emails and BBM are okay. Facebook is annoying but isn't important, texts are important.
