Hi Techie mates, seeking advice here, this is my 1st BB phone and about to update my OS 10 via USB cable. I hv connected to my Win-7 PC, every time I click on "Install Updates" it doesn't work. Not sure what exactly happening.. Looking for a quick resolution on it.

upon install it asks for update required for BBLink.. if you chose yes it leads to 2nd screen shot and suddnly with out getting upgrade it return to install update page. Its been 3-4 days 'm trying.. Higly appriceate if anyone can come with any solution. Kindly let me know if you need more info.

When updating OTA, it sometimes requires three or four successive updates. Could be same with link.

You also can use sachesi to get your carrier files, and update the phone.

well, thanks for the suggetion bro, I finally worked out on sachesi. Its easy and fast.
