    Hi Guyz...

    Please help...

    Problem symptom:1. On the reboot screen percentage doesn't display.

    2. apps doesn't work, images,music doesn't open. Every functionality doesn't work except calling.

    Caused Observed: I used my phone while charging, same problem occurs.
    Today while I was charging the problem occurred this time I was not using it.

    Some times it works fine after restart the phone.

    Some time I need to reload my OS.

    I am very abset due to many time format my phone.
    Please suggest the needful guyz...

    I'm experiencing the same symptoms. I think it had something to do with charging as it only happens when I'm charging my phone. All apps stop responding or refuse to run and CTD, the only remedy being to restart the phone with the charger disconnected. I'm on OS ver 10.2.1.3442 Software release 10.2.1.3062 on BlackBerry Z10 STL-100-1
