I can't seem to find the option on my bb can someone help me out?

I've searched my bb for over an hour trying to locate it.

I've also tried to search the site from mobile for about an hour.

When you set up your email you need to go into advanced and change the time sync frame. Only Active Sync accounts at this time can be extended past 30 days

wish I could say for sure, however I don't currently have either a rogers/yahoo or yahoo individual account. I'll bump this though and hopefully someone else will have your answer

It's been a while since I had a Rogers account, but I believe its still POP only. If you want to check settings, see this: KB33444-How to use the Email Account Validation Tool (EAVT), and try the Email Account Evaluation Tool. You plug in your email credentials, and it then allows you to check what type of protocols you can connect with, and gives the possible port settings you can use. Very handy.

ActiveSync as in Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. Usually business use only. IMAP/POP is not ActiveSync.
