    Hey CrackBerry Nation.

Could not find anything on the forum about this, so I thought I might just explain my problem.

Everytime I receive a new email and go to the Hub to open it, the flowing animation starts toward the email, but when normally it would be finished, it just go back to the Hub, no flowing or whatever, as if it was a mini-crash. Email is now marked as read, and as with any other read email, I can normally open it without problems.

Not the biggest problem, as it only takes two more seconds to get to it, but slightly annoying anyway, and isn't pretty to show off . Anyone got this problem or has any clue to a solution? Hopefully it will be fixed in OS 10.1 anyway. Or I might just try to wipe it and reinstall. This wasn't happening out of the box.

I have the same problem. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it is annoying.

Haven't seen a lot of replies on this so maybe no one else is experiencing it, but mine seems to do this for about 75% of emails now.

Select the email from the hub, it starts to open it, then jumps back to the hub. It's doing it far more regularly than it used to and it is very annoying. Only does it on new unread email and marks it read and jumps back to the hub without actually getting to the email.

I've seen it also, but probably in less than 10% of emails (which is still too much and I hope BB sees this and fixes it in an upcoming release).

I've seen it, too, but it's not often. Less than half of the time I would say. Definitely some sort of little hiccup.

I've never had this and I'm a heavy email user, six accounts! A suggestion? those who have it. When you post, include the email service (like gmail, outlook com, etc), the protocol setup (pop, imap...), and your carrier. That way we can see if there are any patterns...

First off, what version of the OS are you using? Maybe there's a pattern with OS version.

Secondly, you can restart the Hub which could assist in reducing the issue. With the hub open, swipe diagonally down from the top right corner 5 times. This will restart the Hub.

I've seen that quite a bit. Normally happens after I've deleted a previous email.

I'm with Go Daddy and came across your post.

Looking at the comments by other users, it does appear this may be a device issue. However, I would like to work with you to ensure your email account is set up correctly. Feel free to reply or send me a private message with additional details.

    Try restarting the hub.

Also if you try the same email again right after, it will load properly?

Yes, it will work if you try to open the email again. Restarting the hub doesn't fix it and neither does a battery pull.

Thanks, but I have seemed to have solved my issue by wiping and restoring my device (did it to solve the voicemail icon not going away issue) and I haven't had any recurrences of this issue since.

10.0.10.85 with STL100-3, Outlook, imap, Gmail ActiveSync, pop, imap.

Still happens after reboots, so I might just try to wipe and reinstall too. Isn't a big deal anyway.
