E.g I downloaded United Airlines app / it doesn't want to open

Hi! Are the apps that don't open android apps? The runtime from BlackBerry App World caused all mine not to open as well. Try a different runtime.

Make sure you reboot after installing, as the details tell you to.

I have downloaded it but when I press open it says initializing, please wait then goes back to the original screen just like nothing happened. Please help!

Did you reboot your phone? And don't try to open the android runtime. It is not an app in the normal sense of the word, but the means to run the sideloaded android apps.

You download it, reboot your phone then try your apps to see if they work. Above all else, read the directions they give you in App World.
