I find I use my z10 almost exclusively one handed. If I'm not in a rush, one handed swipeless typing is a breeze. The keyboard really does know what I meant to say. For me, the z10 works, plain and simple.

I can use the Z10 easily in one hand. Roughly, it's about the same size as an iPhone which also can be used in one hand.

Are you a lefty? Or are you just the most amazing person in the world? I can't use a phone with my left hand for my life!

Yeah same here I'm having no trouble using my Z10 with one hand. I like that BlackBerry went with the grippy rubbery battery door so the phone feels comfortable in your hand, and it doesn't slide or slip when your swiping away on the screen.

Perhaps if you have smaller hands, then I could understand it being harder to use with just one hand.

This has dawned on me only today. I have a Z10, my employer has me on a Bold 9900. I've been playing with my Z10 so much, that I haven't used the 9900 for a few days, other than to check e-mails and calendar.

Today, I actually had to make a few calls and use the 9900 more extensively again.

I love my Z10, but I am finding what I am missing a little bit is the ability to one-hand the phone. The 9900 allows me to do EVERYthing with one hand and a thumb and the track pad. Even texting is more than do-able in a pinch with only my thumb and "palming" the 9900.

I just realized today that that is tough on a Z10.

WOnder if the Q will get one one-handing better than a Z10. That kinda makes me wonder if there would be a clever way to integrate a track pad into the Z10..... blasphemy? what do you all think?

I must say, the 9900 size DOES have its advantages sometimes.......along with the disadvantages of the small screen and crappy browser....

So, in light of my warm feelings towards you, here is what I am willing to do:
Send me a Q10, I have a Z10, and I will "test" both of them for you and report back diligently on the one handed issue!
    I Promise!

Pretty much everything with one hand although I will usually type with two. One thing I have done is move all my most frequently used apps to the bottom of the page on each screen so that I can easily reach them. I like how easy it is to move apps around. Another plus.

Me two left handed. I'm very comfortable using my Z10 one handed with my left hand but I use two thumbs most of the time.

I have been able to adjust using one hand, it was a little hard at first coming from a 9850 but has turned out very easy to handle now.

Absolutely. One handed use is stellar on the Z10. I'm an old hat with that from my Storm2 days.
