    A friend of mine got a new Z10. When using BBM from an older BB, send to a Z10 works great using the PIN. When I send him an Email using the PIN. He received the message, but shows the PIN number instead of the name of the person it is from.
    Is there a configuration to Show Name instead of PIN number ?

    I forgot to mention, in the Z10 contracts the user name and PIN are in the profile.
