So I was running the leaked .1925 on my STL-4 before I received the official/unofficial Verizon 10.2.1 update. My battery life hasn't been so great with the update to 10.2.1. I had radio .1926 on the leaked version but with the official .1899 my battery life has not been so great. I have been reading some forum that with the official update that if I try the radio autoloader for .1926 that the phone will brick. Has anyone with the official 10.2.1 update their radio to .1926 without any issues? I want to use the .1926 radio to see if it could help with my battery life.

How would the 1925 brick with the 1926 radio? We have been running it for over a month. Just run the autoloader for the 1926 radio. If something goes wrong, re run the leak for 1925 and you have everything back to normal. But I have been running that combo....1926 OVER 1899 for over a month. Nothing bricked.

I updated to 1926 radio. The battery life is still as horrible to be honest. The Z10 isn't known to have the greatest battery life...

I have read through some forums stating that the autoloader for .1926 would brick the phone if you have the official 10.2.1.
Its just a hassle to reinstall the leak again when I have the official from Verizon. That's why I'm asking if anyone with the official 10.2.1 used the autoloader for .1926 radio successfully.

If you have updated to 10.2.1 via sachesi or OTA, then don't go for radio upgrade via autoloader as it will brick for phone.
I did brick mine while doing the same but then there are guys on forum who successfully updated using autoloader.

So you can backup your phone and give it a shot. Incase something goes wrong you can always restore your data back.

I did this very thing earlier in the week. Updated to 10.2.1 with sachesi. Decided I hated 1899 radio so autoloaded 1926 which I was happy with on the leak. NO BRICK! It all works fine for me.

Unfortunately, I am unlucky also. Used autoloader for 1926 Radio and phone was bricked.
Got another copy from a different source, worked fine, but constantly got 7mb notices
to update phone. Verizon reverted to 1899 Radio every time. Haven't tried again
for a while, will patiently wait for official update or another great leak.
