This is a known issue with Stl100-1. No solutions till now.

as far i can try to read what you post, you have a porcentaje issue with your battery, I have that problem from time to time in my z10 stl-100-1 what happens, is that when charging i reach an amount of charge today 95%, what i do is disconect the charger and connect again an then i receive the 5% battery charge and get my 100% charge.
