    And as with any platform, one anticipates a hiccup every once in a while. I, personally, haven't had any of the issues so for me, it's been almost perfect. Have had couple of little glitches over the last year but they aren't persistent, just required either the closing of the app in question or a quick reboot of the phone. Happens to my computers and gaming units every once in a while too. These are the joys of modern day electronics and computer systems.

    Someone needs to refine the mishaps that are present and fix them. Also, when in the world will we be able to back up our $700.00 Z10's as on a Curve 9320? Using BlackBerry Protect...on the fly...Not attached to a cable? would be kind of nice you know...

    Always, and I mean always, expect updates to go awry. With any software. There isn't and never has been a completely bug/issue free software product.
