Has anyone noticed any defects in the build quality of the phone?

I have an issue where my screen clicks where the blackberry logo is from time to time (normally takes about 10 mins for it to go loose and then it clicks back in). I've taken the battery door off as someone mentioned it might be this but it still does it, just not as loud.

I can't get it exchanged, as I have had it for more than 28 days..which is a bummer and tbh, for that, I don't think it is worth sending it off for a repair..

Anyone else noticed anything?

Bought mine in Canada (Rogers)... haven't noticed anything like that. This one feels solid, good build quality. Sorry about your phone, that kind of sucks.

Id get it fixed if you can, mine is solid, no creaks or loose bits etc.

But honestly you should get it fixed or replaced as thats definitely a build quality issue.

Did it just start happening or was it like this when you first got the phone??.

I haven't experienced any issues. Build quality seems pretty solid.

I think it started a few weeks ago, or I only started noticing it a few weeks ago. tbh, its a minor problem considering the number of issues I have had with my last phones (Nokia Lumia returned 4 of them in 2 days due to the camera button rattling, finally got one that didn't in the end), HTC One X...had the issue with the screen changing colour when you pressed on the edge.
