The question that everyone will have I'm sure will be now that we have 10.2.1, I want to add the picture security option and access Android Apps.

    How do I do that?

    Search.....

Android Apps you can download most stores other than Google Play from their respecitive websites, for Google Play you can sideload the SNAP app.

Picture Security.... I'd read up on that one before trying it.

Snap is the last app you will ever sideload.

Yes snap is a native bbry app so it must be side loaded, after that you can search and download and install android apps all from the phone, no computer needed

Picture security is only to lock unlock the device and not for apps or sms etc

imho, 1mobile app store is more than enough...
go to 1 mobile, download their app store for phone and you won't need to sideload snap

    I finally figured it out.

Went to the Snap website and downloaded their. Bar file.

What wasn't clear was that I also needed to install DDPB to run the file.

For those who are curious here's what I did:

Download the Snap. Bar file to my PC
    Download DDPB to my PC
Put my Z10 in Developer mode
    Note the I.P address
    Note my password
    Launch DDPB on my PC
Plug in my Z10 to the PC
    Add the I.P. address
    Add the password
Connect my Z10 - this might take a few seconds.
Load the .bar file in DDPB by selecting "add"
    Hit "install"
Once done, hit "exit", unplug your phone the take it out of developer mode

Launch Snap and log on using your Google account (or set one up externally from Snap)

    Enjoy.
