Try resetting the Hub?
In the Hub, do 5 swipes from the LED light towards the center third of the display (where the 2nd row of icons would be) .

I tried this for the same problem. Didn't help. :(
Sorry don't mean to be lame, but where did your "notifications" go to in the first place?
its happened to me as well, reboot and restart hub doesn't help. i did the security wipe. Now is okay :)
Same for me, nothing could bring it back, except a wipe an restore. I guess the next update could fix it as well, since many of us lost the notification tab with 10.0.10.85.
