Hi all,

I haven't received the 10.1 update in my device. I tried in settings and BlackBerry Link and none of them show the update.

My device is from the UK but it was unlocked and I'm using it in Spain with Movistar as its carrier.

Some days after I bought the device I get an update and I'm now on 10.0.10.99 but the 10.1 update never showed. It is a STL100-02 device.

My girlfriend has a STL100-01 and she got the update a week ago.

I tried to put her sim on my phone but it doesn't show the update.

Anyone know what I could do to receive the official update? I don't want to install a leaked version.

I'm in the same situation stuck with 10.0.10.82 on Orange not getting the update.

Consider yourself lucky..... Had problems since I've updated with the official 10.1

I don't feel lucky 'cause battery life is MUCH BETTER on 10.1, that is the main reason I want it.

With same usage it has much better battery performance so it last much more.

Anyone know what I could do to receive the update???
