I try to connect my z10 with BBLink but while connecting it shows this problem. I try to reconnect but its not working at all and i'm worried if i try to reload then i lost my data. I'm not able to take backup of my media and apps too. So plz suggest me what to do ?Attachment 224835
Don't let Link wipe your device! You will lose everything.
Clear your PC cache.
Reboot your computer. Reboot your phone. Try connecting again. DO all of these things BEFORE you restore your old OS.
Others will have suggestions. What OS for your PC?

Have you updated LINK?
Uninstall, reboot, reinstall LINK.
RELOAD will wipe your device.
I've already cleared all registry through Ccleaner but its not working. I'm using windows8.
