What are you complaining about?! I don't have either in Brasil!

Jokes apart, BlackBerry does not own the content, it cames from 7Digital (music) and Rovi (videos). IF those companies do not operate in your country, the content can't be offered via BlackBerry World.

It is still a bit odd though... 7Digital has allowed international music purchases on the Playbook - and via web (xw.7digital.com) ,.. but now when it is all integrated as part of BBWorld things stopped.
I hope BlackBerry find a way to sell media outside US/UK/CA

so for now - shop via webshops ... download DRM free - and enjoy on all devices

Movie and Music are been blocked in some country such as China, etc. But if you use WIFI+VPN and shut your mobile service off ( I mean all mobile service, not only deta service), then you also can purchase or remt movie and music

In SOME countries, yes. Not all of them.

Music is not as bad as videos. A heck load of places can actually get music from BlackBerry World (an if banks here in Brasil were not such total *&�%$%�&*UPS, we would still be able to).

We gotta cut them some slack. Not too long ago they didn't have iTunes Store AT ALL in Argentina (for example). These things take time and I am not sure BlackBerry did the right thing picking Rovi, considering they don't seem to be active worldwide.
