Hi everyone,
I have got a strange problem.
For about 3 days I don't receive any Facebook messages at my Blackberry Hub...
Events are there, but not even 1 message
(Sync is activated in Blackberry Hub + account settings; tried to delete+recreate the Facebook account, but still... no messages)

Anyone of you got the same problem or a solution?
(would try the leaked os .1483 if there will be no other solution...but normally I wanted to wait for
the official release.)

This is a known issue. A Facebook update should be coming soon to address this.

Well okay, now after more testing.. no.. the message pushing doesnt work , but at least I can open the conversation and see the new message.

It doesn't work on the new version either. It will push when you open the fb app. I rolled back to 10.0.10 in the meantime because it was too annoying

I am having the same problem currently running 10.0.10.90 on a Stl100-2 and in the middle of a conversation the phone just stopped receiving Facebook messages . What is the best way to fix this?

I am having the exact same problem!
It will let me open the inbox notification and view it. It I am unable to reply... If I want to reply I then have to go to the Facebook application and reply through that.

I am also having the same issue with twitter direct messages!

Please reply to me with any fixes, I have spoke to blackberry and my wireless service provider and neither of them have been any help!

That's what happened to me at first but now it is not showing Facebook messages in the hub at all. It still shows other notifications though.

I only wish the messages weren't in the hub. It's annoying as hell having notifications in two places. You HAVE to go to both places to mark them read. Pain in the .....

I find it better to have them in the hub, and when I read them it always picked up that it was read in Facebook itself, whether app or browser.

I just find that Facebook is all over the place. Sometimes I'll get messages and sometimes I won't. Even the simple notifications don't always work the way they should. I just don't get it. Is this software related?

I had the same problem, deleted my Facebook account and the app. installed everything again and after a few hours it worked again. Probably Facebook acting up.

I tried that and it didn't work so I wiped my device and stated again and it seems to be all working so if it's really important for you its worth trying that. It becomes a really painful process when you lose contacts details though, and it doesn't always link the contacts correctly for you.

So you did a wipe and did not use a backup to restore your contacts right?

Edit: Okay the new leaked os .1627 fixed it almost... I get the notifications again, but not really "pushed"...so there is a delay (max delay I got was 10min)...
Is there any settings I could check, how often the z10 checks for FB messages? (just like the ones you find in E-Mail-accout-settings?)
