    Mobile Hotspot does not work (network restrictions due to roaming) when I am roaming (US and Europe travel) on my Z10. I've tried this on other Z10's and the same issue occurs. Data when roaming is on and working fine and according to my provider (Bell) there are no restrictions applied to the line.

    Mobile hotspot when roaming on a BB7 phone works no problem... Is this a known BB10 issue or am i missing a setting on all my Z10's? According to Blackberry first tier there are no issues with mobile hotspot usage when roaming on BB10...

    Carrier restrictions. It happened to me when I went to SG and turned my roaming on.

    My roaming is on, I am able to use data no problem, just not through Mobile Hotspot..

    I am. Can't do it while on T-Mobile based Roam Mobility. Works fine when at home on Rogers Network
